What is sora?
sora® is the employment platform that helps companies ensure full compliance in employee employment records.
The way it makes this possible is through the use of its own advanced electronic signature, as well as the management and automation of employee documents in the cloud.
On legality and security
Absolutely. In Mexico, the validity and legality of the electronic signature in labor matters are supported by various laws and regulations such as the Federal Labor Law (LFT) which explicitly recognizes the validity of the electronic signature in labor documents and in related judicial procedures. Specifically, article 776 of the LFT admits the electronic signature as a means of proof and for the discharge and assessment of these in judicial processes. In addition, article 836-B of the LFT defines the terms Electronic Signature and Advanced Electronic Signature, indicating their legal recognition in the labor field.
Likewise, according to the Jurisprudence Thesis published by the Supreme Court of Justice with digital registry 2023914, a document signed with an advanced electronic signature is completely admissible as evidence in trials.
Sora ensures the integrity of electronic documents and the electronic signatures therein through cryptography and hash encryption. Cryptography is a practice that consists of protecting information through the use of coded algorithms, hashes and signatures; while the hash is a fixed-length alphanumeric sequence (letters and numbers) that identifies or represents a set of specific data (for example, a document, a photo, a video, etc.). This ensures that any signed document cannot be modified or altered once it has been signed without it being visible or exposed.
A handwritten signature is a traditional handwritten signature made by hand on paper, while an electronic signature is a digital representation of the signature, used in documents and online transactions, offering a fast and secure method of authentication in the digital realm.

Yes, Sora allows the creation of different permission levels for administrators so that companies can better manage their files.

No, you can upload as many documents as you need.
You can do it quickly and easily from the “Employment record” section.
– Click on the “Add employee” button.
– Add the necessary information about the employee such as the work center to which they belong (if applicable), payroll number, CURP, RFC, full name, email, cell phone number and type of registration.
– Click on “Add employee” and that’s it.
In addition, in this same section you can also add employees in bulk, the only thing you need to do is click on the “Mass update” tab and drag the excel document where the employee data is located.

Yes, all you need to do is go to the Play Store from your Android and download the Sora app.
Once downloaded, log in with your account and password and your pending documents to be signed will immediately appear.
To sign them, click on the document, then press the “sign” button, enter your PIN and finally select “sign.”
Yes, importing PDF documents is allowed to facilitate the transition to digital management. All you need to do is log in to your account and then select the “add document” option.
By law, all documents remain on our platform for 5 years.

2. An access token granted by sora
The process to do so is divided into two steps:
